I feel compelled to leave a review of my experience today... Today (a Saturday) on their day off, Ashley and a team member came to clean a home for a family in need at no cost. They spent their entire day off tirelessly working to help prepare this home for a family returning from CA after 3 months away for their medically needy child. I simply mentioned to Ashley that the house could use a good cleaning before they bring their little guy and, without hesitation, she offered to help. Not only does this speak to the character of Ashley and her business, but they did an impeccable job in a very timely manner. If you value honesty, integrity, quality and timeliness; Westfall Cleaning is hands-down the best.

I don't even know where to begin with this. I was put into kind of a jam for some things that will be changing around my house this week, and I had to work the weekend. I contacted Ashley as a Hail Mary to see if she would be able to help me out with the work that I needed completed at my house. Not only was Ashley responsive immediately when I contacted her, she was able to squeeze me in last minute in her already hectic schedule. When I walked into my home Saturday night after getting off from work, I walked into a completely different home. The house was in better shape and cleaner than when it was when I moved in. She went above and beyond on the things that I had requested to be completed and the quality of work I cannot put into words. Thank you Ashley!! You and your team are truly amazing and I will not hesitate to recommend you and your business moving forward.

Ashley has been a pleasure to work with. When I initially booked my first consultation she came quickly and was attentive, and kind to my pets! I had some stipulations about my home, and they have been very understanding and accommodating. Every interaction has been pleasant, and I feel like I’m not a perfect client but they always treat me with kindness!! They take great care and have done an amazing job every time. It has been truly a blessing to have them, I work too much and this is what I needed to help get more of my life back. I will recommend them to anyone looking for help.

Bottom line: the cleaning speaks for itself, and this company is a pleasure to work with. When I opened the door to my house I couldn't believe how clean it smelled (without the use of chemicals!). What really made the cleaning special were the little touches: draping the throw blankets across the back of the couch; folding the dish towel hanging from the dishwasher; re-making the sloppily made guest and master beds; eradicating dust and grime from places we didn't even notice - until it was gone. They even found a long lost hair clip from under our couch, so you KNOW they were thorough! Every room, every surface, spotless. I can't wait for our regular monthly recurrences! In addition to the stellar cleaning job they did, the Westfalls maintained excellent communication and professionalism with us throughout the process of getting to know and working with them. They use secured electronic payment methods - no more remembering (or forgetting!) to write a check. When Ashley came to do our initial walk through and quote, she brought her physical business licence, a copy of the company's bond, workers comp policy, and certificate. It's one thing to claim "licenced, bonded, and insured," but having her pull out the actual documents added to our confidence in this family-owned and operated business' ability to meet our needs. I'm looking forward to having Westfall Home Solutions take care of our cleaning (and potentially more!) home care needs. Thank you, Ashley and Nathan!
